At Loom Creations by Rae, each bracelet is handmade with love, care, and creativity by Rae herself. Because of the personal nature of our products and the time invested in crafting each piece, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

💜 Quality Promise

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we take pride in the quality of Rae’s creations. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
